Sharon can provide an alternative view of your health issues and uses evidence-based medicines to complement the treatment you may be receiving from your doctor(s).

Naturopathic Healing with Sharon Hespe

You can heal and reduce the annoying symptoms of many acute and chronic diseases by consulting Sharon Hespe, a naturopath who uses a common sense approach to your health and well-being. Using a mix of naturopathic, herbal, nutritional, and environmental medicine, Sharon can tailor a personalised program to allow you to take control of your own health.

Sharon is particularly interested in reproductive issues, such as PCOS, menopause, endometriosis, fibroids, painful or irregular menstrual cycles and infertility. She also specialises in digestive problems, food intolerances, allergies, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Consultations:
Because Sharon takes a whole body approach to help you with your health issues, she spends at least an hour with you on the first consultation to take into account all of your health concerns and case history. The initial discussion covers your present health symptoms, past health concerns, lifestyle, diet, and family history.

The first consultation costs $90, but subsequent consultations will be half an hour and cost only $55. You can book a one-off brief 15-minute consultation for simple concerns, such as a cold, sinusitis, bladder infection, or thrush that Sharon can address in a short space of time for a cost of $40. Private health funds may provide a rebate for the naturopathy services.

The consultation price includes some health checks, such as blood pressure and iridology. Sharon offers in clinic urinalysis testing for bladder infections, blood, urobilinogen, bilirubin, protein, nitrite, ketones, ascorbic acid, glucose, and ph in urine. You can have candida testing with your consultation for an additional $35, if needed.

Sharon is able to refer you for standard pathology services, and specialty pathology services such as hair mineral analysis, digestive stool analysis, hormone, thyroid, IgG 93 and 40 food intolerance tests.

You can pick up all the prescribed herbal medicines and supplements from the dispensary in 14 Hampton St, Hurstville Grove. A postage service is also available.

Sharon's dispensary stocks a full range of herbal medicines, bach flower remedies, and a full range of vitamins and supplements only available from practitioners.

Sharon can make a house call within a limited area, for an additional 50% of the fee. You can also call Sharon to discuss after hours appointments, if you prefer to attend before or after work. Call Sharon on 0438 879 996 to arrange a suitable time to meet that suits you.
