We take pride in the high quality of physiotherapy, Massage, Exercise Physiology and Pilates we provide and make it our goal to help you achieve your goals as soon as possible.

Here is some helpful information for your first visit.

• For your first visit, please arrive about 5-10 minutes early to fill in some paperwork.

• Please bring all your documents, letters and scans relating to this problem to your first appointment

• Please wear (or bring) comfortable and appropriate clothing to your appointments - please remember we will need to see the problem area clearly and easily. We have gowns and shorts available if required

• Pilates clients need a Pilates mat, towel and water for each class. We have quality Pilates mats available from $20.

For Workers Compensation and Compulsory Third Party Patients, please bring all your claim details including your insurance company and claim number.
