John Callaghan - Exercise Scientist

John is an Exercise Scientist with Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA) with a strong interest in Sports and Neurological rehabilitation and improving performance.

He graduated from The University of New South Wales in B. Sc. (Health and Exercise Science) and is qualified to work with patients with various types of health conditions and disorders. He has commenced his Physiotherapy Masters Degree.

He is a keen runner and has played many different sports so is a prime candidate to help you take your performance to the next level.

John conducts one-on-one and group exercise classes for:

  • Metabolic and lifestyle conditions such as Type II diabetics
  • Patients suffering from osteoporosis
  • Patients suffering from lower back pain and other musculoskeletal disorders
  • Clients requiring conditioning and strength training

Lana Ceic - Exercise Scientist

Lana has recently completed her Degree in Exercise Sport Science and has commenced her Physiotherapy Masters Degree. She is also a Pilates Instructor and Qualified Massage Therapist.

Lana has a gift for seeing movement dysfunctions and is able to combine her vast experience in exercise prescription with her University level knowledge to assist you in achieving your chosen goals.

Lana conducts one-on-one and group exercise classes for:

  • Patients suffering from lower back pain and other musculoskeletal disorders
  • Clients requiring conditioning and strength training
  • Metabolic and lifestyle conditions such as Type II diabetics
  • Patients suffering from osteoporosis

Katina McCulloch - Exercise Scientist

Katina is an Exercise Scientist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA) and a qualified Pilates instructor through Polestar International. She is currently also studying her Masters in Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney and her Diploma in Rehabilitation Pilates through Polestar.

Katina comes from a dance (ballet and contemporary) and tennis background who found her passion for Pilates and rehabilitation through sustaining multiple acute and chronic injuries. Having suffered chronic lower back pain since she was 10 years old she found that Pilates was the best for keeping it in check and getting her body to work efficiently.

Katina has a keen interest in lower back, hip and knee pathologies, as well as neurological conditions. She also enjoys working with children and all stages of pregnancy.
